1. What is the right job for me? A human is built with huge range of skills. This helps us to switch locations, businesses, jobs and positions. The right job is based on how you are designed. Let me use a strange example here. A 34-wheeler truck can be used as a newspaper delivery vehicle as well - but is is not convenient or economical. A Toyota Yaris might be the best here! But, if the task is to move to a city 5 hours away which requires taking the content of your 5 bedroom house to the new place - Yaris doesn't get a chance - 34-wheeler truck does.   2. How is the Constitution different from Personality? Constitution is about the genetic make up that determines the mix of values and world-views. Personality is about a set responses and characteristics which are relatively enduring aspects of the person usually based on 1) constitution and 2) conditioning (training, coaching, learning, role-models etc.). Behaviour is what we do.
  3. Why do you use constitution and not personality? Constitution is a constant. It never changes. You are born with it and stay with it, and all your genetic forces/skills are locked in it. This is your inner design. Your body and life are designed based on it. When we live with this design, we are happy, fulfilled and sustainable. As mentioned earlier, 1) personality analysis doesn't go that deep and 2) personality changes. 
  4. I need to follow my passion, right? Maybe may not be. I would say we need to follow what we are designed to do. Half the people in the U.S. want a different job, hate the current one - most of them followed their dream. A study at the Canadian sports academy proved - 97% of the time, following your passion fail. There is a solid reason for it. Your passion is triggered by your role model effect- not your inner forces. 
  5. What is the role-model-effect? You love your dad, he is successful, he is enjoying wealth and fame - he becomes your role model and you want to copy him. If you have the same constitution as him, you may be successful in this venture, otherwise, most probably not. Burn out, sea change etc are the results. 
  6. I got a job, can you help me work out how I can do it better? This is what I specialise. 
  7. I am about to get a job, how can help me? I might tell you how to to engage your constitutional forces at work, and what role to play.
  8. I am about to quit, what can you do for me? I might be able to help you redesign your current role so that you can still stay in the same office. Or I can show you what role works for you.
  9. I think I am in a midlife crisis and I left my job last year! Can you help me? I love to help you. It's the opportunity to get to know the real you! 
  10. Can I change my job, even if you tell me what my design is and the most appropriate Job is? I never tell you "this business, this office, this designation, this chair or this table" to anyone. That is called imprisonment, right! I show you your dormant natural skills, you can try them and enjoy the process. Any time in your life, you can pick another skill and nurture it. A bunch of them can be put together as well. 
  11. Am I born with one skill? You are born with many sets of skills. 
  12. I am told I should take risks in life to win. What sort of risks should I take? Others may think what you are taking is risk. Say what you are doing is what you are designed to do, not doing it is the risk! 
  13. I am told that I need to create value to find a job? You are born with these values, not created! Let's find them out!
  14. I think I need to be motivated! NOOOOO. If you need to be, that means it's not your cup of tea! If this work is designed for you, you will be motivated naturally!
  15. What is Retirement counselling. There are two types of retirements. The first is withdrawal to three meals and TV or exploring your skills and bucket-list. The other one is finding a new more exciting life!

How is it different from the big 5 personality traits? Openness to experience (includes aspects such as intellectual curiosity and creative imagination) Conscientiousness (organization, productiveness, responsibility) Extroversion (sociability, assertiveness; its opposite is Introversion) Agreeableness (compassion, respectfulness, trust in others) Neuroticism (tendencies toward anxiety and depression)​
